TT045 Yacoby Pulser

A stand-alone version of ToprDOUT2LBP which accepts a negative (-5V to 0V) and positive (0V to +5V) control voltage and a TTL input.  Output switches between negative and positive supplies.

The base is a TopTop1590G with no processor, and inputs wired to outputs.

Input topper is a standard ToprDin2

Output Topper is a ToprDOUT2LBP without the DAC.
