TT049: Prigozhin Triple AC relay driver

first use of TipTop1590BBR – a TipTop1590BB with three integrated AC relays.  This instrument is using all three relays, but no microcontroller – the relay optos are being driven straight from the outside world.

Inputs are using DIN board, but only to hold the BNC connectors.  No isolation or buffering.
