TT076 Doyle Pulse Generator

Simple digital pulse generator, waits for a trigger, generates a sequence of four outputs.
Based on a TipTone1590BB R02 with
ToprIsoDin2 in slot 3 (just second channel populated) and
ToprDout2 in slots 1 and 2
Code waits for a rising edge of trigger, then sends a user-programmable series of outputs.
