TT065: Lukin 8A current pulser for inductive load

Voltage-current converter for generating low-duty-cycle pulses of up to 8A into 22uH inductive load.   The waveform generator driving this converter limits the slew rate to about 20 usec, which keeps the compliance voltages manageable.  Electrolytic capacitors on the supplies handle the rising current pulses, and serve as a current sink for the falling current pulses.
