TT048 Yale Ultrasound Failsafe

Comparator which senses voltage from an ultrasonic driver (~ 500 KHz), and shuts off a power relay if the input level exceeds a threshold set by a trim pot.  Once tripped, relay stays tripped until manually reset.

The design uses a TipTop1590BBR for the base/relay and a ToprBrinker board for the comparator.  The comparator circuit is identical to that delivered to Spencer Brinker in the previous version of this instrument.
