Communicating with donors

Many of our donors are alive and well, some donors are the children or family members of the author of the collection, other donors are deceased. Some donors are organizations, and figuring out who to contact can get tricky.

When we contact donors, it is generally at two points in the lifecycle of processing: the beginning and the end.
