Batch Transfer Forms and Templates

For our project digitization workflow, we ask repository partners to complete and bring with each batch of materials delivered to us a Batch Transfer Form. The Batch Transfer Form acts as a packing list and includes the project information as well as the items being scanned in each batch. It also has a place for signatures to show when and by whom the materials were delivered and picked up, which is especially important for special collection materials.
Imaging Services also consults the Batch Transfer Form when creating an internal order in our billing system, and when depositing the batch into Harvard's Digital Repository. It is essential to enter the correct project name which is agreed by both the repository and Imaging Services. For the batch name, please do not use space and special characters other than "-" or "_". The repositories can also write any special instructions for the batch on this form.
Here is a list of templates we prepared according to our project services categories. Also, a "blank" form is listed which can be used if the services for the project are not covered by the other templates.
