Source Material Incidents Handling

At Imaging Services, we adhere strictly to the guidelines set forth by Harvard Library Preservation Services for handling source materials. All production staff have completed materials handling training provided by Harvard Preservation Services.

In the rare event of an incident, it is treated with utmost seriousness. The involved staff member must promptly inform their manager and file . The IS manager will then contact the repository and Preservation Services to formulate a plan to address the issue.
