Corrections to Lab Orders

Material processed at the lab is sometimes scanned incorrectly, for example pages may have been scanned more than once or the operator may have missed a page. To correct an order, please follow the steps below.

Missing Page

  1. Flag the page (or pages) missed.
  2. Print out the order and the metadata spreadsheet. (No need to include the individual file name.)
  3. Deliver to the material to the lab. 

Duplicate Page

  1. Record sequence number(s) to be removed. 
  2. Send email to the Manager of Reformatting Support Services (currently Hilary Kline).
