Corrections to Lab Orders
Material processed at the lab is sometimes scanned incorrectly, for example pages may have been scanned more than once or the operator may have missed a page. To correct an order, please follow the steps below.
Missing Page
- Flag the page (or pages) missed.
- Print out the order and the metadata spreadsheet. (No need to include the individual file name.)
- Deliver to the material to the lab.
Duplicate Page
- Record sequence number(s) to be removed.
- Send email to the Manager of Reformatting Support Services (currently Hilary Kline).
