Login Liaison
The Login Liaison is responsible for completing, signing and submitting Login Request Forms on behalf of Staff. They are also responsible for ensure that the staff member reads and signs the Harvard Library Confidential Information Agreement.
Login Approver
The Login Approver is responsible for approving and signing all completed Login Request Forms.
Login Creator (LTS Only)
The Login Creator is responsible for checking the completed forms and creating logins.
