Current Offset Box

Goal is to construct a way to inject a fixed and low-noise DC current in parallel with solar cell, to cancel out the dark current from those devices. 
Keysight current meter B2987 is used to integrate charge, full scale is 2 microCoulombs. If that takes around 10 seconds to accumulate, we need offset current of order 1 uA or less.
