Husband Harry
Husband Harry
Action for damages arising out of a collision between cars driven by P and D. At trial, P calls W, a passenger in D's car, to testify that just after the accident she called D's husband, Harry, to inform him of the accident and that Harry said, "Oh, my goodness. It must have been our fault. We've known these brakes were bad for two weeks." On D's objection, what ruling and why?
