Action for support payments. The complaint alleges that D had sexual intercourse with P two years ago and that nine months later P gave birth to a boy, Snookins, of whom Dis the father. D admits the intercourse but denies paternity.

During her preparation of the case P's lawyer observes that Snookins bears a striking resemblance to D and decides that she would like the jury to see this with their own eyes. How can she do this? What kind of evidence is involved? If the case is appealed, how could the evidence be transferred to an appellate court for review? When should such evidence be admitted in paternity cases? What procedures should be followed? What instructions should be given?
