Common Issues

  • Lost Password - If the patron did not use a HarvardKey to register, she can reset her own password by clicking on the Forgot Password? link on the HOLLIS Special Request logon page. The patron will be emailed a link that will allow her to reset her password. Patrons who registered using HarvardKey will need to recover their Key password.
  • Lost Username - If the patron did not use a HarvardKey to register, any library staff with access to Aeon client can look up the patron's username. 
  • Questions About Requests - Questions about specific requests should be directed to the holding library or to Imaging Services.
