DRS Requests Logins, Billing and Owner Codes, Dropbox

Request a new or updated staff login (or request login deletion) for one owner code (Library and Archives Staff)

These instructions pertain to login requests for DRS for staff that work within a single Library unit.

  1. Contact your Login Liaison to request a new or updated Login.
  2. Liaison: Complete and sign a Single Owner Code Login Request Form (PDF). This is an interactive or "fillable" PDF form, but you do need to sign it.
  3. Liaison: Have your Login Approver sign the completed Login Request Form.

Submit the signed forms to LTS by sending a support request with the uploaded request form.

These instructions pertain to login requests for DRS for staff that work across multiple Library units

  1. Contact your Manager to request a new or updated Login
  2. Manager: Complete and sign a Multiple Owner Codes Login Request Form (PDF). This is an interactive or "fillable" PDF form, but you do need to sign it.
  3. Manager: Submit the Login Request Form to the Super Approver, the Head of Digital Preservation (business owner of the DRS) for approval.
  4. Super Approver: Submit the signed forms to LTS.  Or scan the forms and send electronically. To do that, send a support request with the uploaded request form.
