Reset SCSB Availability

Items that need to be returned to available status in SCSB:

Sometimes items erroneously become not available in SCSB, but are actually available in Alma. Right now there isn't a way for local staff to make such items "available" for request in SCSB directly. How to proceed in such cases:

  • remove any due back date in Alma, ensure item is in-place in Alma.
  • Email scsb-notifications@htcinc.com to return item status to available in SCSB
