Charge

Reporting to the Harvard Library VPDR, the Borrow Direct Migration Executive Oversight Committee will provide guidance for the Borrow Direct Migration project team and will serve an ombudsman role for those decisions that require a third party and raise, as needed, any additional concerns to VPDR for resolution. Members will advise the project leads (Leila Smith and Victoria Klimkowski) as needed for project management and will bring periodic updates to the Harvard Library Community. In addition, the group will provide input on metrics and dashboards used for project tracking and inform communications to the larger Harvard Library community.

Governance

The group reports to the VPDR.
