For Harvard repositories, the form is based on a mapping from the authority record ID to a locally controlled term. Please refer to Repository Names and Contacts for details.

LibraryCloud then normalizes the full form of Harvard Repository names so that the same name is used for records from Alma, Forum, and ArchivesSpace and adds a a mods:extension with a HarvardRepository field containing a short form for use as a repository facet value.
