When will an Alma record show up in HOLLIS?Â
- A new or changed Alma record will generally show up in HOLLIS in about 12 hours. Due to occaisional delays, please wait 24 hours before reporting a record as missing from HOLLIS.Â
- Item availability in the Access Options area of the full display page is displayed in real-time.
- Special note on titles with only unreceived items: unreceived items of type ISSUE or ISSUE (LOOSELEAF) do not display in HOLLIS. Therefore, if a journal title has only unreceived items of these material types, the title will not display in HOLLIS either. This can occur if a new journal title is On Order. If the title must display before the item is received, you can temporarily change the material type to Issue (Bound) and add a receiving note that it should be changed back to Issue upon receipt.Â
