Requesting Bulk Downloads of Objects from the DRS
Start by searching for a set of objects in DRS WebAdmin, or uploading a list of object IDs into DRS WebAdmin as a result list.
After selecting objects from the result list and choosing ‘Download objects’, the following window will appear:
- Each request can return up to a maximum of 750GB of data. Larger downloads can be split into multiple smaller requests
- Download request will be processed within the hour.
- An email will be sent acknowledging your request.
- A subsequent email will be sent when files are available in the dropbox location.
- please make sure you have access to a DRS dropbox account before sending a download request.
- If you need a new DRS dropbox account, please use the request form and contact LTS Support to set one up, and then send the download request.
After entering a DRS Dropbox account name and clicking on ‘Download’, you will get an email confirmation of the request followed by a second email when the objects have been copied to the dropbox.
This Object Bulk download method replaces the previous method of sending a CVS file containing Object IDs as a manual support request.
