  • We need to define timing / impact of ability to upload confidential data.

  • For student engagement:
    • Suggested asking students to experiment with AI.
    • Outlined a two-step process for integrating AI into pedagogical objectives:
      • Step 1: Capture workflow and output, feed info back to faculty.
      • Step 2: Think creatively about how to use AI to enhance assignments.
    • Student should answer questions for students
      • what AI tool did you use 
      • did you find AI to be useful 
      • do you think it saved you time (quantify)
      • What did you do to validate or verify the results.
      • any reflection on what you didn't learn as as result of using tools
      • include link for chatgpt chat (if used)
  • Action: Send reminder email to faculty. (complete)
