LSST chip-cam

Planning for a single-chip LSST camera. 

The red test dewar could be re-purposed into a single-CCD LSST test camera, with a cryotiger cooler. It will have a shutter from corner raft testing, needs a filter wheel but we have the FLI 10 position 50 mm filter wheel. It will partially vignette at the edges but so be it. 

Needs:

cryotiger compressor that can go on the road, with long cables

FLI filter wheel (we have this on hand)

CCD controller. Three options here: 1) Arcon controller, about 30K$. 2) Geary controller, and 3) LSST electronics

The problem with #1 is cost, but we could likely run it under CCS. Maybe use one from Gilmore?

The problem with #2 is long term support, but at least we have it. 

The problem with #3 is that we also would need a DAQ system, not cheap.
