Installation of software for data collection, on a Mac.

1) download and install MATLAB, following instructions on FAS download site.

2) download ocean optics omnidriver software, from 

http://oceanoptics.com/api/omnidriver/

3)  follow instructions here for patching up matlab/java:

4) download and install this patched file for JAVA

The current version of OmniDriver for MacOS does not support 64-bit Java.  Therefore, you will need to also download an updated 64-bit version of libNatUSB.jnilib, and then copy it into $OOI_HOME (overwriting the version you just installed).  This file (encoded in a Zip archive) may be downloaded from my DropBox folder here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/15lerb1ddlux6xj/libNatUSB.zip?dl=0
