Alma Codes for Aeon Requestable Items

Items in HOLLIS can be requested in HOLLIS Special Request via the View in Library link based on a combination of the holdings library, holdings location, and item policy coding.

Item Records

There are two item policies that apply to special collections materials that do not circulate.

Policy 91 (Special Collections Requestable) - Non-circulating special collections that are requestable through HOLLIS Special Request
Policy 97 (Special Collections Non-Requestable) - Non-circulating special collections that are NOT directly requestable from HOLLIS.
