Barcode Lookup

Barcode Lookup is an enterprise dashboard that has prompts for barcode (up to 9,999 values), Lifecycle, On Shelf status and HD/ReCAP Owner Name.  The dashboard takes barcodes as input to the barcode filter and provides results on the status of each barcode in Alma, Harvard Depository (HD), and ReCAP. Columns in the results table include Library Code/Owner, Process Type, On Shelf status and more.

Barcode Lookup is refreshed with new data when Data Flows run at noon and 8pm. Depending on the size of the input file, results for new data sets should be available within 20 minutes.
