Overview

• Harvard exports weekly files of non-YBP print receipts and perpetual access e-book activations from Alma via scheduled Analytics reports to load to GOBI as part of their Library Holdings Load Service.
• These are used to create a link in GOBI indicating that a title is already owned:

• For print books, clicking the link will show which library made the purchase:

• For e-books, the code will always be EBK.

Scheduling and Upload to YBP FTP Server

• Reports are scheduled to run every Monday at 7 am. In the Analytics Object List, these are:

  • GOBI Holdings Perpetual Access eBooks - Weekly Update

• The files generated are automatically uploaded to the YBP FTP server.
