Procedures for newly accessioned/cataloged published materials under consideration: 

In the Item Record, Edit mode, Select the “Notes tab” 

1. In “Public Note” field, enter: Internal hold
   
2. In two separate “Internal notes” fields, enter:
   • Fem. Hygiene Exhibition staging shelves – 4th floor 
   • New accession, has not been to HD yet. will need to be sent as new accession once done with
     
3. Place on staging shelves across from the shelf list cabinets.
