Physical Processing

Individual items are cataloged individually and stored in zip lock bags with stiffeners within Hollinger boxes. The Hollinger box + the first pamphlet in the box will have the same barcode # (double).

Back of stiffener will include a barcode, title and location (i.e. Suffraqe and Women's Rights Pamphlets, Box #).

Hollinger Box will receive barcode +  label:

Each new box receives a BARCODE for the box and the linked title which is added to the chart below. 

Collection Bibliographic record:

 There is a "collection" bibliographic record that provides additional access to the pamphlets.
