Each library should update the spreadsheet related to their collections

For your library(ies):

  1. Use yes or no to indicate if patron requests should be re-enabled for the following types of materials:

    1. Remote Storage (HD) in-library use non-circulating items

    2. Remote Storage (HD) circulating items

    3. Stacks in-library use non-circulating items

    4. Stacks circulating items

      2. For items that will have requests turned on again, note where can they be picked up?

    1. Home library only or any eligible (open) Harvard Direct library? 

Aeon requesting 

Libraries that turned off Aeon requests are not blocked out in the column K.  For these libraries, if you are going to accept Special Collections requests at this time for all Aeon eligible materials, please note yes or indicate the locations to activate.  Otherwise, please mark no.Â
