Action Required: Emergency Planning and Alma Offline Circulation

Hello,

I’m writing with an action item from the Alma Fulfillment Working Group (FWG).

To strengthen your library’s emergency preparedness, please ensure that the the Alma Offline Circulation tool is installed on at least 1 circulation desk computer at each of the service points within your work units and ensure staff understand its purpose. This tool will allow your service points to continue circulating regular loan items in the event that Alma is unavailable for any reason.

If you need help installing the tool, please submit an LTS Support ticket.
