Subject: Feedback Needed: Courtesy Notices and 1-day Loans Body: Hello, I’m writing with a request for feedback from the Alma Fulfillment Working Group (FWG). You are receiving this email because you manage Access Services at a library that has 10+ items with a 1-day loan item policy. Currently, patrons do not receive courtesy notices for items with a 1-day loan item policy and FWG would like your opinion on whether they should receive these notices. Courtesy notices are automatically sent by Alma to patrons 20 minutes before the item is due. Of note, patrons do receive courtesy notices for 3-hour loan items. Please respond to this email, or send a message to the FWG co-chairs Kara Young (kara_young@harvard.edu) and Jackson Childs (jchilds@fas.harved.edu), with your thoughts and questions by Wednesday, June 12 so we may discuss at our next FWG meeting.
