Analytics Known Issues

Author column (Physical Items>Bibliographic Details>Author) displays subfields in alphabetical order instead of in the order entered.

Examples:

Holdings 5XX notes maximum character length is 1000 characters.

Some Local Param fields still contain a semi-colon between subfields. Because the data is extracted from Deleted holdings, the incorrect punctuation cannot be corrected.

LC Classification dimension is not populated for some 852 fields with valid LC call number

Applies to:

• Call numbers with a space between letter(s) of main class and the number
• Call numbers not represented in LC Classification outline
• Call numbers in LC Classification that have not yet been mapped in Analytics
