Alma Hours

Brief description of project

Figure out a sustainable way to ensure that Fulfillment Libraries submit hours to LTS according to schedule and in a usable format.

Information gathering

• Julie Petzoldcontact list
  • Update contact for library hours in Alma; supply hours every 6 months for at least a year out. otherwise incorrect due dates in future
• Spruill Harder Send out general reminder for April
• Julie Petzold : google form > google spreadsheet
  • Email LTS: What data does LTS need? Data formatting/order?
  • LTS creates a recommendation for the fall
  • Alma Hours will send out hours template draft to FWG for feedback
  • Collect email address of the submitter, cross-check against the contact list
  • Update Library Hours in Alma
