Countway Lockers
  1. User can submit a request
  2. User receives a notice with the item is "Returned" at Countway Locker that says something like "we are processing your request and will receive an email with pickup instructions when ready"
    1. If received at Countway Circ, Alma tells us to route to Countway Lockers
  3. Hold slip "prints" when the item is received at Countway Locker
  4. Item remains on Alma Hold shelf for 7 open-Alma days
    1. Question: What happens if requests are "received" at Countway Locker on a Sunday (a day that Countway Locker is "closed" due to HUMS delivery schedule)? – Not necessary if the Locker hours are open every day, which is fine if we loan items immediately
  5. Item is loanable according to item policy and user group
