  • Discussed the ongoing creation of statistics and the upcoming draft of the Annual Report
  • Section leaders were advised to beginning planning FY19 goals
  • Susan reminded group about the upcoming performance management deadlines (See action items continued from last meeting)
  • Challenges with ongoing Alma adoption were discussed. People have been working slowly, as advised, but there have still been confusions as the system is new
  • Linda reported that there are already a handful of applications for the Rare Book Cataloger position
  • Adrien mentioned the upcoming launch of Hollis for Archival Discovery/removal of OASIS

  • Performance management forms to Susan from her direct reports –by July 16, Monday, end of day
  • Performance management for all staff should be done by July 30
