Summary
- Discussed the ongoing creation of statistics and the upcoming draft of the Annual Report
- Section leaders were advised to beginning planning FY19 goals
- Susan reminded group about the upcoming performance management deadlines (See action items continued from last meeting)
- Challenges with ongoing Alma adoption were discussed. People have been working slowly, as advised, but there have still been confusions as the system is new
- Linda reported that there are already a handful of applications for the Rare Book Cataloger position
- Adrien mentioned the upcoming launch of Hollis for Archival Discovery/removal of OASIS
Action Items
- Performance management forms to Susan from her direct reports –by July 16, Monday, end of day
- Performance management for all staff should be done by July 30
