• Soliciting priorities for FY24
• May roll over some that were submitted
• Ask for 2 top priorities from each curator, with potential changes from TS director
• Two total: both anything that they want to roll over and new priorities
• Houghton staff meeting
• Planning bookplate conversation - comments already in the proposal
• Reach out to other curators for their thoughts
• Betts will introduce bookplate presentation/proposal, all will support discussion
• New roles planning
• End of year celebration
