  1. Management discussion
    1. Building consistency across the department, being sure everyone has access to the same information
    2. Shared Google docs across the section, and documenting decisions made
  2. SMG update from Adrien
    1. Opening of the Drag exhibit, and making sure that staff know how to deal with behavioral issue
    2. Flex schedules approved through September.
  3. How I’m thinking about the next several months in this role
  4. Fall students
    1. Student/s for Books End-processing.
    2. Student to Work program.
  5. September 12th TS meeting 
    1. Social meeting, location TBA
    2. Leslie and Azra are new liaisons to TS.
    3. Staff highlights.
    4. Add stats for August.
  6. Incoming collection backups 
    1. Solidify chain of responsibilities/next available person for mail/incoming issues, and transporting items to Mezzanine.
