Space

  • The back of the Mezzanine will be used for patron scanning and the students
  • Susan/SMG is working to find a new home for the Globe Theatre, hoping to have this resolved in January
  • We need to make sure we have space for the Creative Arts Archivist and the 2 Edison project catalogers

Department meeting on December 13

  • Monique will give a demo the the EaaSI platform
  • Favorite book and movie suggestions

Updates

Susan

In January will be involved in a meeting around visual Images access.

Dorothy:

Mary and the patron scanning students are keeping up and even whittling away at the backlog

Dorothy has made a couple of SAEF deliveries

Lewis

Finishing up 2021 payments, we are in good shape, just have the Ricky Jay auction payment to finish up, they will send the material January 3.

Sofia Leung workshop went well.

Meg and Lewis still settling in to Mezzanine, getting some new shelving.

Adrien:

Processing is picking up and they are working on FY22 priorities

SPARC open meeting went well: Adrien helped organize and Dorothy presented!

Met with Claire DeMarco about the various statements Harvard has on harmful language and possibly getting a landing page


Action item: Susan will send SNAC meetings when they are available and we can set up a group Zoom watch, not mandatory
