- Houghton will use a “light touch” to help reduce stress with return to campus, staff should prioritize helping cover shifts for Public Services (when needed)
- For TS Heads, talk at your next one-on-one with Susan, send your plan to her beforehand. TS Heads to send staff documents to Susan for review prior to submitting to HR.

Dorothy:
Digitization projects starting up again: Aldridge, Dickinson, Trotsky
Piloting sending patron orders through imaging, getting through the backlog
SAEF project is wrapping up, 1 item left to do, Curiosity site work moving ahead
M-W is DLF conference, Dorothy will be at home, but available via Teams
Lewis:
Tightened up procedures around gift book collections, updating documentation
Working with Cheryl HD to color code our zip ties (less paperwork), will update Michael P. and Vicki when the changes take place
DIBAR SPARC event with Sofia Leung in early December
Meg and Lewis moving to Mezzanine November 5, equipment moving overnight on November 4
Adrien:
SPARC DIBAR working group is hosting all-SPARC meeting in December, will present on results of repository survey of DIBAR efforts. Also group met with Jerome Offord to discuss a Harvard Library-wide approach to harmful language in all discovery environments. He agreed to discuss it with his anti-racist team.
ArchivesSpace 3.0.2 went live, some bumps but otherwise working well
COVID backlog is nearly complete (accessioning, end-processing, and single item cataloging)
Action item: Susan will send SNAC meetings when they are available and we can set up a group Zoom watch, not mandatory
