  • Performance management due by EOD 5/31.
  • Linda will be out of office 6/3-6/7 attending Rare Book School.
  • Lewis will be out of office 6/10-6/14 attending Rare Book School.
  • TS Department Meeting on 6/13 will have a guest speaker, Audrey Harmon, to lead discussions and exercises related to topics of sharing space in Pusey.  The meeting will be held at the Smith Center, with treats from Black Donuts.
  • Renovation/New Space:
    • Emphasis on the need to clean up space in preparation for the upcoming move of TS
    • What are some of the needs at each workstation?  Consider name plates, in-box trays, etc.
    • Receiving mail rotation needs - may need to wait until August to start
  • 80/20 idea - Susan discussed with Kate and Naomi
  • Lewis:
    • New grad student (Sarah) hired; she'll be here only for the summer and possibly return in 2021
    • Fiona will be back in the fall
    • Things are slowly moving out of the Mezzanine level
    • All blue bins prepared by Michael are out
    • Two more shipments will be processed next week
  • Adrien:
    • Two candidates for the Creative Arts Archivists position will be on campus for interview next week and the week after
    • Wrapping up the Container project
    • Ashley wrapping up Vidal
    • DACS principles for SAA just accepted by the Council this week
    • Irina will be at a conference in Russia to talk about the Nabokov Collection
  • Linda:
    • RBS steadily cataloging to meet the end processing deadline of 6/7
    • Ryan assigned to change Alma records for the Roosevelt Association deposits to reflect the gift status
    • Ryan and Jennifer will be at RBMS 6/18-6/21
    • Linda will be at ALA 6/21-6/23
  • Fun outing - Breakfast at Henrietta's Table on Monday, 6/3, at 8 a.m.
