Susan:

• Reminder that we need to work on our December/January email to staff about Technical Services highlights

Lewis:

• Still working on split POLs on accessions and the best procedures to use in Alma

Adrien:

• TS annual priority for gathering user feedback will be folded in to Bett's and Zoe's YPE and they will have a draft by end of February.

We then discussed the organizational review process and how to give the department a chance to have a group discussion and give ideas and feedback without managers being present.  Holding a department meeting without supervisors seemed like a good approach, so we will move forward with that.  The department will also have a chance to give ideas through the Houghton survey, and in one-on-one meetings with their supervisors.
