Adrien will check in with Melanie and Vicki

Cut off date for when staff should bring material to the Mezzanine or to Manuscripts Accessioning and End Processing is June 7th . After July 4th, commence bringing material to accessioning/acquisitions/end-processing – Susan will send a note to Houghton staff.

Dorothy will check with Mary H. about putting delayed response time for reproductions during summer

Audry Harmon from HR will facilitate a discussion with TS during our June TS Dept. meeting

Leave BAL reference materials on shelves, to be moved the week of June 24th
