Susan:
- Gratitude for the great department meeting yesterday with updates on the Year of Professional Engagement projects.
- This was a big week on selecting furniture in the public areas of newly renovated space. Also working on plans for the mezzanine with Lewis, Meg, and Michael.
- Construction work in Lamont map room scheduled for May to turn it into exhibition prep area.
- Carie and Ramon have been working on moving collections back to Houghton.
- Next week is Naomi’s last week before maternity leave. Personnel/HR issues can be brought to Susan.
- Working on paperwork for two Edison positions.
- Project archivist job interviews next week.
Adrien:
- Teaching workshop on new DACS principles at Tufts next week – about 30 people signed up.
- Continuing to work on containers with LTS.
- Betts accessioning; Melanie working on Ashbery.
Lewis:
- Michael is settling in nicely.
- Francis ramped up the book hospital work.
- Meg and Lewis are working on revised workflows w/Susan on how to handle certain types of payments. Susan will run reports on oddities.
- A lot of transfers coming in from Widener; will also be putting in a request to ReCAP.
- Action item: Lewis will update Wiki on transfer notations in holdings and item records.
Dorothy:
- Out next week – attending Lighting the Way at Stanford. This is a forum on subjects related to better archival discovery system; live cast on some will be available.
- Updated documentation for digital projects workflow – will open it back up and present it at next all-staff meeting.
- Will be introducing another workflow for digitization for one-off type projects/objects.

Linda:
- HTC Thr – Christina will be changing GEN to F/P/PF in Alma where the oversize designation is at the end of call number (around 50 items); no labeling changes will be required since the physical labels don’t impact reshelving/retrieving (confirmed w/Ramon).
- HTC Extra-illustrated volumes project completed; just a few minor follow-ups required.
- Modern - De Ridder Collection with separate printed materials
