• Need to get going on end of the year reports - will send a Google doc out to TS section heads
• TS section heads finishing up monthly at-home report email
• Wednesday Aug 19 - Annual Goals department discussion meeting
• We will start doing minutes for monthly department meetings

Adrien

• Short week for vacation! 
• ASpace working group, getting info from peers about ASpace API usage
• Coming up with education plan for D&I description training

Dorothy

• In-house scanning has started successfully 
• Make FY 21 digital project deliveries
  • Had project team managing
• Ira Aldridge playbills deliveries 
• Working with classes for instruction

Lewis

• Working with WPR for new records
• Adjusting to work at Pusey
• Figuring out how to manage mail delivery 
• Doing SNAC school

Linda

• NACO, Database clean-up continuing 
• Jennifer is taking some pictures of material to catalog from home
• RBS working on controlled heading analysis in Alma analytics
• Working towards more centralized workflows for D&I in cataloging
